Hello everyone, my name's Alistair, I'm here to help you understand conversational English and pronunciation more deeply and naturally. I use my knowledge of Vietnamese language and culture to bridge cultural gaps and identify the quickest and most effective way to fix issues with pronunciation or use of language.

Aside from teaching English I am a qualified music producer and I've been worrying in the music and arts industries in Hanoi. Music is a great way to connect with other cultures and a great conversation starter for learning English.

During my time in Hanoi I have been studying Vietnamese, this helps me to understand the issues Vietnamese speakers have with English, especially with pronunciation. If you need help understanding new vocabulary or grammar I can explain to you in Vietnamese.

For me speaking Vietnamese has unlocked many opportunities living here in Hanoi, for both my music and English teaching professions. I hope this can be the same for you also with learning the English language!
