Hello! I’m Shiona, and I’m an experience English as a second language specialist. I am a Native American with over 13 years experience in teaching students of all ages in the classroom as well as online. I am TESOL certified. (Teaching English as a Second or Other Language). I have taught students throughout Asia: China, India, South Korea, Japan as well as expatriates living throughout the West.

I have the experience, skills, and knowledge to help students of all ages and abilities improve their English language skills. I have worked hand in hand with speech pathologists, accent trainers, and language specialists from around the globe. Classes with me will help you improve your pronunciation, accent, grammar, confidence, and fluency. Understanding how sounds are formed in the English language and phonics rules will help you improve you confidence and people around you will look up to and admire you for your excellent English language skills!

Come learn and practice with me. Class time will not only be interesting and fun, but we can learn more about other cultures around the world and share ideas as well.
