Good morning/afternoon everyone.

My name is Andies and I am really excited to be here with you today as an English teaching position. One of the reasons why I really want to become a teacher is because simply I love teaching, I want to share with others the knowledge I am having. The more we share, the more we get I have more than two years of teaching experience with a diverse group of students from kindergarten to primary, high school, secondary, and adult with different backgrounds, goals, and learning styles.

Through these experiences, I have gained valuable skills in creating engaging lesson plans and utilizing technology and multimedia resources. My teaching philosophy is based on the idea that every student is capable of success when given the right tools and support. I strive to create a safe and supportive learning environment where students can feel comfortable taking risks and making mistakes. I believe that by building positive relationships with my students, I can help them achieve their goals and develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed in their future endeavors. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my passion, experience, and dedication to this teaching position.
