Hi! My name is Teacher Michele and I'm from the Philippines. I have a TESOL training for 140 hours and have been teaching English offline for about 11 years now. I also had taught English online for almost three years. To top all that, I have worked for American accounts in different call centers for more than five years. In fact, most of my years in the call center industry were spent as a communications trainer, teaching Filipinos how to speak English fluently. When it comes to my teaching approach, I really like to tailor-fit my teaching method based on each student's personality and learning style. I allow my students to engage in a conversation with me by asking them questions. I also like to laugh with them because it helps them relax. Of course, it's not just about having fun. I take my job seriously, so I make sure that I give immediate feedback in a polite way. I love teaching English because it's rewarding to see my students learn and improve a lot.
