Hello there! I am Maria Catherine, you can all me Terina in short. I have been teaching English for more than 10 years now. I had a TESOL qualification and have taught different ages from the young ones to adults with various nationalities like Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese and so on. I have been part of CELLA ( Cebu English Learning Language Academy ) based in Cebu – an academy that taught English lessons to mostly Korean students offline , have also taught as a freelance private English teacher to my close students and lastly, a part of the biggest ESL company in Cebu and in Japan, QQENGLISH School IT Park branch.
I was also able to teach the different features in English learning: listening , reading, writing, reading and the general grammar.
When teaching, I make sure to have an interesting motivation towards my students. I also make relatable activities to my students so that the lesson is more captivating and fun with easy learning.
